Welcome to Fat Guy No More.
It's not just about the weight I've lost. It's about the life I've gained.
I'm Ken. This is my story — the hard parts, the good parts, the laughs, and all the living still ahead.

At my highest, back in 1997, I weighed about 680 pounds. In 2020, I was at 630. When I started weight-loss medication, I weighed 595.
There have been surgeries, setbacks, hard days, big victories, and plenty of moments when things didn't go according to plan. But here's the thing: my story isn't over, and it was never only about a number.
It's about getting out there. Making memories. Finding the humor. Enjoying life with the people (and pups) I love.
This didn't happen overnight. Every chapter matters — even the ones that were tough to live through.

Still finding my way forward.

A milestone worth remembering.

More places to go. More life to live.
My highest weight, back in 1997. My history also includes gastric bypass surgery and beginning weight-loss medication at 595 pounds. The complete story is much bigger than any single before-and-after picture.
Road trips. Ball games. Time with family. Unexpected adventures. Even quiet moments with the dogs.
It's not about becoming somebody else. It's about having more chances to be myself — and making the most of them.
Some days, moving forward means a big adventure. Other days, it just means not giving up. Both count.
